A Reform-minded Seventh-day Adventist forum In our aim to exalt everything important, first and foremost, we seek to promote a clear understanding of Daniel, Revelation, the three angels' messages and the alpha and omega of apostasy.
Being in 'someone's hand' when you want to be alone, or you don't know them, is a little too touchy-feely for an Alpha-male. It has the creepy feeling of a clown invading your personal space at the circus, when there's no other adult around...
That's why 'Universal Salvation' is a suspicious doctrine. It implies aunt Matilda is going to kiss you and press your head into her bosom whether you want it or not.

WillieH: Hey RP...
Actively agreeing with AGNOSTICS now ...eh RP?
Guess you must side with someone... you certainly don't side with the WORD of GOD...
You stoop to AW's carnal perceptions of our CREATOR... for shame...
You believe NOT that we are in GOD's hands - eh? Too touchy-feely - eh? Don't want a personal relationship with the Creator to that degree - eh?
Aunt Matilda? Where is your head? Obviously, by your continued speech, and agreement with those that OPPOSE spiritual things... not in spiritual things...
This post by AW is so unrelated to UR.. Your agreement with AW here shows your true opinion which is: ALL are NOT under GOD's control... He (in your opinion) is therefore NOT SOVEREIGN..
...NOT!
your obsession against the Gospel is made manifest in every post you offer...
You speech here certainly makes you "SUSPICIOUS"!

WillieH: Hey AW...
As usual, you sound like an old fart...
Unruly, without grace.. just bent on making someone react to your facetious remarks...
Birds DO have feathers, and you remind me of a particular species....
seeing you are so in tune with evolution, maybe you've heard of it...
The DO-DO Bird... theres a REASON for you AW.. this species supposedly went extinct... perfect match for an old fart...
PS... You & RP are a good match.. you hate large fonts & he hates textcolors... (Wow - Coincidently I use both) you both can harmoniously flock together in your thoughts of me! I'm honored!

...just keep in mind that as a Nazarite, I don't:
(1) Drink wine, or do any drugs for recreational purposes.
(2) Eat anything made from grapes, grape-leaves or grape-seeds.
(3) Touch dead bodies.
(4) Shave or cut my hair.
So I'll be the frightening looking guy who looks like some kind of biker, and is arguing with the waitress about the fact they have white-grape juice fillers in all her crappy soft drinks and juices, including pink lemonade.
If you have any heads in the freezer, don't show them to me. I don't care who you've murdered, as long as you've stopped. Just don't get any cooties on me.
And don't expect me to tell you the secret of my superhuman strength. We've all gotten wiser since the days of Samson.

I am surprised your mouth is fouler than my juvenile delinquent cousin who resides in a reform-school for idiots.

Correction: I love textcolors - used with art and grace.
I just don't see your crass American style 'Elvis Art' as art.

WillieH: Hey RP..
Grow up a taste! You boast of your inferred "fidelity" as if it is something that GOD shall mark down brownie points for you, as if anything YOU DO would please Him... how completely juvenile and infantile concerning Christ...
To please Christ has nothing to do with the things accomplished in the flesh (and your feeble and self-infalting abstainations)... It has to do with FAITH... "Without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to PLEASE Him". (Heb 11:6)
Then your stiff neck gets even more ridgid (as if that were possible) and accuse me of a foul mouth for using the word fart.. again, ...how juvenile be you biker boy... Most people find farting quite humorous... Guess you are lacking in sense of humor as well as knowledge of truth...
PS ...Elvis art? You grow more cryptic each time, ...want a little cheese with that wine?
I wish you peace nevertheless...

Clarence Darrow
"I do not consider it an insult, but rather a compliment to be called an agnostic. I do not pretend to know where many ignorant men are sure - that is all that agnosticism means."
David E. Trueblood
"The person who admits that he does not know, and is consequently open to learning."
Bertrand Russell
"Not to be absolutely certain is, I think, one of the essential things in rationality."
Martin Amis
"Now I say that I am an agnostic. People think that's pusillanimous and covering your bets. But it's not based on any belief or yearning for an afterlife but on the fact that we actually know so little about the cosmos. It is a tribute to the complexity and, at our present stage of development, the unknowability of the universe."
Of course, say the true believers, religion rests on faith, not intellect. But if all you need to do to prove I am wrong is to have faith that you are right, then no discussion is possible... -Philip D. Harvey

Or rather, post-reformation Protestant nitwits...
Once again, a loud Protestant heresy tries to represent all of Christianity.
To make it simple:
Everywhere in your modern English 'New Testament' you see the word 'faith', just scratch it out. It is a hopeless error. The original Greek word 'Pistos', means nothing like the modern 'magical thinking' nonsensical idea of 'belief in an unprovable idea' or 'belief that Jesus is God' or some such crap.
Repeatedly Jesus tells people he helps and heals,
"Your 'pistos' has saved you: Go in peace."
Yet it is obvious from the context in every case that the person doesn't 'believe in Jesus' or even know who Jesus is half the time, except that he is some wandering Rabbi or teacher who has turned aside to help.

WRONG.
The Greek word 'pistos' means FAITHFULNESS or LOYALTY, and has only a distant and indirect relation to the modern Protestant (German) doctrine of 'Belief' as though 'belief' in something or someone could heal or save anyone. This is just more German goobledygook.
According to the original meaning of the word, Doubting Thomas had more 'faithFULNESS' than Peter or the others, even though Peter professed Jesus as the Messiah, while Thomas went around like Eeyore pessimistically moping about how they were all going to die.
Significantly, Jesus never rebukes Thomas for his 'modern lack of FAITH', but simply shows him his nail marks. Peter on the other hand is raked over the coals and criticized before and after the crucifixion, even though he plainly 'believes' far more than Thomas. Why? Jesus valued LOYALTY, not "BELIEF".
And this simply means my LOYALTY and OBEDIENCE is worth far more than WillieH's 'BELIEF', which is a useless and dangerous crutch, and no substitute for practising obedience.

WillieH: Hey RP You & Eugene should go to greeting class.. neither of you has a clue as to its importance, nor meaning.. In the Bible everything started with greetings...
You 2 just want to shove your FLESHLY WORK AGENDA down someones throat as soon as wordly (or should I say WORLDLY) possible..
I finally figured out what RP actually means! Real Pharisee!
You weary me... have your complicated and self-established faith... Work your way to Heaven if you can (which you cant)... but I leave you to anyone that has the patience to listen to your drab...
I'll take JESUS, ...rely on Him totally.. And leave you and Eugene in His capable hands... also, I leave the last word to you (I know you'll take it with a mouth as runny as yours)
PS.. glad things are in JESUS' hands, and not your incapable ones... Be sure to place yourself 1st while I'm gone... I'm sure there will be another that you will browbeat in my place... you know NOTHING... and obviously wish to keep it that way!
Since you have such an affinity for Deutch (German), ...Auf Wiedersehen...
