Why "they" hate us (U.S.)?

It's not our FREEDOM "they" hate ... ... it's what we (or rather corrupt leaders from our nation) have done to "them" ... throughout the 20th century, playing "God" with other nations, using weapons and commerce to ply them like pawns for our own selfish global aims ...

Habakkuk 2:7-12
Will not your creditors rise up suddenly, and those who collect from you awaken? Indeed, you will become plunder for them. Because you have looted many nations, all the remainder of the peoples will loot you -- because of human bloodshed and violence done to the land, to the town and all its inhabitants.
Woe to him who gets evil gain for his house, to put his nest on high, to be delivered from the hand of calamity! You have devised a shameful thing for your house by cutting off many peoples; so you are sinning against yourself. Surely the stone will cry out from the wall, and the rafter will answer it from the framework.
Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and founds a town with violence/injustice!!

Narcissa,

I believe there is much truth to what you are saying. Because so much of what the U.S. is doing is hidden from citizens, most don't understand what is happening, I think. The CIA is involved in so many affairs of other nations, I think it is time to reign them in. These clandestine activities are bringing war upon us and we aren't even sure why. This hidden activity and hidden agendas need to be exposed and rooted out. I am sure that much of the backlash is a result of their deeds.
