However, http:// has cached copies of Shubert's http://www.everythingimportant.org/relativity/simultaneity.htm going back to Mar 07, 2003. I'm happy to see that there are people out there who appreciate Shubert's insightful contributions to physics. Nevertheless, scientific plagiarism is not an honorable form of recognizing and acknowledging scientific achievement but is a clear case of falsification and theft.
