If I go to my email, I get a link which says, http://www.everythingimportant.org/viewtopic.php?p=3348#3348
From this link I can get to the last post of this thread, and navigate back and forth to any of the posts in the thread. However, if I go straight to the forum and go the thread from there, it appears there have only been 6 posts, and I can't see the following posts, which makes me think someone interested in the thread can only see the first 6 posts. Is that right? Or is there some way of navigating that I'm missing?
Also I would appreciate a response to the requests/questions I asked you. Thank you. |

I'm guessing that it's just your computer. If you have a Windows machine, go to your menu bar and select
Tools --> Internet Options --> Settings.
Under Check for newer versions of stored pages, select Automatically. If that's selected, try hitting the Refresh button on your browser manually. That should make the current pages appear.
Also be aware that the thread you're pointing to has two pages. The 15th post to a topic will start a new page. |

Thank you for your quick response.
I did what you suggested, but it didn't make a difference.
If I use this link, "http://www.everythingimportant.org/viewtopic.php?p=3375#3375" I can see the post, but otherwise I can't. If I go to Mid-Range Controversies (going by memory here) => The Nature of Christ, it shows this thread has had 6 replies for me. However, there have actually been more than that, alhtough I'm not sure exactly how many because the posts do not appear to me to be numbered. So I guess you're saying it's caching an old version of the page on my machine and from your computer it shows more than 6 replies? Interesting. |
