The script to Mel Gibson's movie the Passion of the Christ is based on the Jew hating German mystyc! What is mysticism? Rome had no culture of its own and inherited it all from Greece. Greek phylosophy includes "Pantheism", a herecy to which Dr. Harvey Kellogg fell victim after leaving the SDA church, and the papal church inherited much from pagan Rome and Greek phylosophy is part of it.
Jesus said that it was necessary that He went away and be replaced by the Holy Spirit because of sin they believe not on Him, and because of righteousness that they see Him no more (John 16:9,10). In discussion the movie with Catholic and the Orthodox Christians, they told me that it is O.K. to worship icons and images after all.
All Mel's other movies are full of violence, cursing and swearing and one wonders what a Christian suppose to look like.
