hope this is in the right place, but then Eugene will move it if it's not, right Eugene?
Anyway, just wanted you all to know that good 'ole Philip Yancey, the noted Christian author, signed a letter last summer to pres. Bush denouncing Israel and asking for "even handed" treatment of the Palestinian thugs that blow up innocents trying to further their goal of pushing the Jews into the sea. (and, by the way, making the sea run red from their blood). The letter contained the usual garbage about "illegal" settlements etc. You can look on the web for the article describing this. Like me, you may want to consider this before buying one of his books. As we know, Israel's land is sacred and they were given it forever by God himself, therefore it's an abomination for anyone who calls himself a Christian to align himself with the murderers who want to take the land away.

God’s promises are conditional upon obedience. It’s in the constitution of Israel. (Read Deuteronomy 28 and 29).
Quote:
You who were as numerous as the stars in the sky will be left but few in number, because you did not obey the LORD your God. Just as it pleased the LORD to make you prosper and increase in number, so it will please him to ruin and destroy you. You will be uprooted from the land you are entering to possess. Then the LORD will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other. There you will worship other gods—gods of wood and stone, which neither you nor your fathers have known. Among those nations you will find no repose, no resting place for the sole of your foot. There the LORD will give you an anxious mind, eyes weary with longing, and a despairing heart. You will live in constant suspense, filled with dread both night and day, never sure of your life. In the morning you will say, “If only it were evening!” and in the evening, “If only it were morning!” —because of the terror that will fill your hearts and the sights that your eyes will see. The LORD will send you back in ships to Egypt on a journey I said you should never make again. There you will offer yourselves for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but no one will buy you. —Deuteronomy 28:62-68.

Yes, let israel fight the terrorists like we did. If it is God's will to ruin them(which it is) it will happen when Palestinian terrorists defeat them.
Remember the holocaust of 6 million jews!!! We shouldnt take take God's will into our hands like the nazis did.
History has played out according to God's will and it will continue to. _________________ 2 left turns dont make a right, but 3 do
