Deuteronomy 6:4-5 Hear Yisrael, YHVH our God, YHVH is one. You shall love YHVH your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your resources.

Exodus 20:1-3 God spole all these statements, saying: I am YHVH your God, who has taken your out of the land of Egypt, from the house of slavery. You shall not recognize the gods of others in my presence.

Isaiah 45:5-7 I am YHVH, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am YHVH, and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I YHVH do all these things.

Malachi 2:10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

There is only one God who is YHVH. YHVH is one, not two, three, or more. There is no other God but YHVH. YHVH created all things.

Many years ago, I was confronted by a young man, bushy tailed and bright eyed, whom I had never seen before. As I looked He said, "You're a Seventh-day Adventist arn't you." To which I replied, "Yes." You believe that Jesus is God, don't you!" To which again answered, "Yes." He then told me that I was wrong, and he had come to straighten me out.
I told him that I was far too busy at that moment, but if he wanted to discuss these things, I would be off duty at 7:00 p.m. He would find me in my room in the Staff Quarters. With that he left, and I forgot him.
About ten hours later, I trudged my way back to my room and fell on it nearly sound asleep, when I suddenly remembered that this young man was coming. I realised that I was in no fit state to discuss anything, and quickly offered up a prayer, and that very moment he opened my door and came in with his Bible in his hand.
I had assumed that was probably a Christadelphian though I had no proof of that.
As he stood just inside my room, I asked him to do me a favour. "Would you look up John chapter one and read out the first few verses as if you really mean it?" He could hardly believe his luck, no one ever asked him to do that. He got into it very well, then paused and looked at me. I then said, I want you to forget what you think I believe. You should also forget whatever others have told you to believe. Just tell me what those verses have just told us tonight."
He stood there for a moment and then said, "It says Jesus is God." "It says Jesus is God." "It says, Jesus is God." "There must be some explanation, it says, Jesus is God. To that I replied, "There is." "Oh. Thank heaven." "What is it?"
I said, "You really know that Bible don't you?" And he said "Yes." So I said, do you recall the part where Jesus ask the disciples who they thought He was, and Peter delaring, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God." And Jesus saying, "Blessed art thou Simon bar Jonah, for flesh and blood hath not revealed that to thee, but my Father who is in heaven?" He said, "Yes." Well you are also greatly blessed, because no one has told the answer you just gave to me, straight out of God's own book." "You have been visited by God the Holy Spirit tonight. ""Don't ever forget it." With this, he turned and left. That turned into many Bible Studies with the local Christadelphian group.
One can argue endlessly, but it is experiences which tell in the end.

P/S That man had been told endlessly, from his mother's knee that the Bible never says that Jesus is God. Yet there he was, instructing me.
