Miller's distinctive teachings regarding Jews created controversy even within Millerite circles; debates on the matter were prominent in their publications. After the Great Disappointment, a conference was called in April 1845 to discuss "in the midst of our disappointed hopes…what now is our work?" The second resolution offered for the affirmation of the conference concerned Jews: "Resolved, That we consider the doctrine of the restoration of the natural Jews, as a nation, either before or after the second advent of Christ, as heirs and inheritors of the land of Canaan, as subversive of the whole Gospel system, by raising up what Christ has broken down, namely, the middle wall of partition between the Jew and Gentile." Confessing Seventh-day Millerites to this day are still standing with Wm. Miller. Interestingly, even many God-fearing Orthodox Jews insist that Zionism has has nothing to do with Judaism.

I gave you a thumbs up and subscribed to your channel because I strongly agree with your understanding that OT law was primarily a prophecy of the coming Redeemer. However, being a former Seventh-day Adventist, I must point out that you've misrepresented SDA eschatology. The issue was never about prohibiting worshiping God on Sunday. The endtime crisis for SDAs is their fear that Sabbath-keepers will be ostracized and condemned when a Church-State alliance will be exalting Sunday sacredness, which will lead to their persecution. I don't fear what they fear. I agree that Ellen White's prediction sounds ridiculous.
