Hi I found you today

The revelation of the mystery, which has been kept secret for long ages past, is of infinite importance.

Hi I found you today

Sounds like a good forum.

What do you consider the "everlasting" gospel the angel gave out to those in the midheavens in Revelation, compared to the gospel of Jesus Christ and Pauls' gospel?

Rachamim,

I’m delighted to receive your question. The three angels’ messages (Rev 14:6-12), rightly understood, are a tremendous revelation of the true gospel in an end-time setting. I hope you have questions about these messages; I have much to say about them. They boil down to justification by grace through faith. Paul’s gospel is also a message of justification by grace through faith.

The gospel of Jesus Christ underscores the good news of the kingdom of God. I don’t believe that I’ve ever heard anyone reduce the wonderful gospel of Jesus into a short description so I hope you’ll forgive me if I consider Christ’s gospel as hopelessly too immense and awesome to encapsulate. The gospel overwhelms me. Do you have any comprehension of the staggering depth of meaning in just the 7 verses of Revelation 14:6-12?

Gene,

Maybe Rachamin does and maybe not. But when you say, "Do you have any comprehension of the staggering depth of meaning in just the 7 verses of Revelation 14:6-12?", you make yourself responsible for giving SOME indication of what that staggering depth is, rather than as seemingly rhetorical questions.

With Xian love,
Steve, for whom Yahshua died, rose and is coming again!

I think it’s called saber rattling

Dear Steve,

I joyously accept responsibility to explain the staggering depths of Revelation 14:6-12. I’m just waiting for an honest skeptic to come by and say that they don’t see any saving gospel message in those seven verses.

Dear Gene,

I like your response, but still feel that Rachamin's question is an honest one and deserves a more detailed answer from you.

Dear thorn in the flesh,

You prodded me to write up the essence of the three angels’ messages and now you’re speechless? Surely I didn’t surprise you by presenting something that justifies Seventh-day Adventism?
