The Coming Judgment on Seventh-day Adventists

Postby Eugene Shubert » Wed Dec 03, 2008 11:37 pm

How do we know that the Seventh-day Adventist Church hasn't already been judged? After Graham Maxwell's entire career at Loma Linda University, teaching his spiritualistic philosophy to a whole generation of Adventists with full Church approval, perhaps God has already vomited all Laodiceans out of His mouth in disgust and isn't with the Seventh-day Adventist denomination anymore.

God said, "Neither will I be with you any more, unless you awake, and vindicate your Redeemer." - Ellen G. White, Selected Messages Book 1, p. 196.

Wouldn't you expect that God would keep His promise?

God doesnt judge His church until the prophecy of Ezekiel 8 & 9 is completed. When the leaders come out in the open with their backs to the temple and their faces toward the sun (worshipping on Sunday) then Christ sends the six men with slaughter weapons and pronounces judgment upon the church. At this point, (when this happens) the church's probation is closed. But I do believe that Christ has now left the leadership just as He did in Matthew 23. He can no longer work with the leaders...He is now calling men trained by the Holy Spirit out of the common every-day business to finish the work. The leaders have failed. Probation doesnt close upon the church until the National Sunday Law. Christ is giving us time to fully reflect His character. Read 5T 215-217. She tells us that "No one will ever receive the seal of God while their characters have one stain or spot upon them. It is left with us to remedy the defects in our characters." The sealing begins at the NSL. If our characters arent ready by the NSL, then Christ spews us out of His mouth (as He will now work with those who are reflecting His character to give the loud cry). When Christ spews us out of His mouth, probation has closed for us. We must make our character preparations now while we have a little time left.

To understand when the Seventh-day Adventist Corporation was "weighed in the balance of the sanctuary and found wanting", one must search the prophecies that applied to the judgment of God's people in ancient times. This cannot be left to guessing or supposition.

These prophecies that specifically apply to the judgment are found in the writings of Moses; Exodus, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy; together with the prophecy in Daniel 8, and 9. These prophecies give the exact time.

In other words, you are confidence that your beliefs will not withstand the scrutiny of this forum so you must discuss them privately? And you also expect this forum to give you free advertising for an interpretation you yourself judge to be unfit for this forum? Do I understand you correctly?
