Why do creatures have to question the judgment of the Creator? And we need a thousand years to read the books to see why some missed heaven? I would not be interested in that..thanks!. I am guilty as charged...and no one needs to check me out...I have a SUBSTITUTE..check HIM out if you want to. Micah 4:1-4 says it will all happen on earth. No "priests" needed in heaven...no judgment needed in heaven....all goes down on earth!

Let me get this straight. You've been a Seventh-day Adventist evangelist for 25 years and you don't understand Christ's Investigative Judgment parables (Matthew 25:19, Luke 19:15) and why Christ's church is in heaven during Christ's millennial reign?

Dear Jurgens,

The saints will be spending the 1000 years in heaven. This earth will be uninhabitable.
Isaiah 2 (Today's New International Version)
19 People will flee to caves in the rocks
and to holes in the ground
from the fearful presence of the LORD
and the splendor of his majesty,
when he rises to shake the earth.
20 In that day people will throw away
to the moles and bats
their idols of silver and idols of gold,
which they made to worship.
21 They will flee to caverns in the rocks
and to the overhanging crags
from the fearful presence of the LORD
and the splendor of his majesty,
when he rises to shake the earth.
Isaiah 24 (Today's New International Version)
1 See, the LORD is going to lay waste the earth
and devastate it;
he will ruin its face
and scatter its inhabitants—
3 The earth will be completely laid waste
and totally plundered.
The LORD has spoken this word.
4 The earth dries up and withers,
the world languishes and withers,
the heavens languish with the earth.
5 The earth is defiled
19 The earth is broken up,
the earth is split asunder,
the earth is violently shaken.
20 The earth reels like a drunkard,
it sways like a hut in the wind;
so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion
that it falls—never to rise again.

The Devil and his angels will be confined to this desolate earth. They will survive only because they are spirits and do not have bodies which need food, water and shelter. No “body” could survive 1000 years anyway. As for the nations, they will all be destroyed at the second coming or Jesus.

As for the judgment, you may like read my post here on Mars Hill entitled THE JUDGMENT OF THE LIVING. Which, by the way, is quite different from the judgment of the dead.

Micah 4:1-4 and Isaiah 11 seems to be speaking of an earthly millennium...notice tame animals..but judgment..cannot refer to New Earth. On p 419,420 in Questions and Answers it says that we will never know if we are really saved until the resurrection...because we may still be influencing people between the time we died and the resurrection. During the IJ they will make sure if your WORKS matched your confession. So we cannot be sure.? I reject that false teaching, because John 5:24 and Col 2:13,14 tells me my judgment is OVER, because I have a Substitute..I am guilty..don't waste time to check my record..rather try and find fault with the One Who's character stands in my place. The church should get away from these errors..that will stop the massive exodus from the church. The WEB has become a bigger enemy to SDA than the Beast..people can check up unafraid without being censored.

Is not the book of Revelation a book of symbols?? The bottomless pit, the gold chain, etc are symbols. Why not the 1000 years?

Sorry for the misquote - it is a "great chain." I did not look up the passage at the time.
