My daughter has recently suffered a drastic change of heart. Every spare moment used to be used spent in prayerful contemplation, now she finds comfort in the arms of satan. She forgets to pray, concentrating insted on the latest fashions, music and a male friend, an unwelcome intruder in our lives, and the eyes of God. He has no care for religion.
My husband and I have tried everything, holding prayer meetings for her in the hope that God will show her her wrong doing, and locking her in her room in a desparate attempt to loosen satans grip on her.

My despair will continue, I hope God see's she is meerly a child led astray and I beg for his forgiveness.

while she might try to move from God, He wont move from her. i dont know where you live but, in the UK it is common for teenagers to lose sight of God while they are growing up as they look to the world to satisfy themselves. however she has clearly been brought up in the truth and the Holy Spirit will never let go of her. there is a God shaped hole in everyone's heart that only He can fill.

my advice his keep praying for her, and gently keep her involved in church activities. im sure its just a phase and she will soon see the error of her ways.
