Glenn Beck

I can't believe that people listen to Glenn Beck. Lewis Black makes him look incredibly irrational. You'll laugh at this:

Sadly, Glenn Beck is nothing more than a phony yet self-deceived opportunist.

Consequently, I think of Glenn Beck's decision to be a Mormon as a fitting choice for him.

Dzien,

is it true that this Glenn Beck is a popular voice in the US and reaches millions of Americans with his incitement of popular hatred against the poor and different? These crocodile tears of his are sickening when I think of the many struggling souls who wouldn´t get treatment in their adversity and need because of ideological fanatics like him. How can one speak of one´s love for God and at the same time be so boldly spitting at the suffering?

With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.
(James 3:9-12)

I find it interesting in that context that Beck doesn´t mention Jesus Christ - not even once - in his tale of personal conversion, but instead sings praises of Sunday as the day of rest.
