ProLingo advertises a free English Chinese, Chinese English Talking Dictionary but they're lying. What they really mean is that their software is free to download but it costs money to use. In any event, their dictionary is something you have to download and install and pay money to use: http://www.prolingosoftware.net/download_chinese. I don't know if the software is reliable and virus/spyware free but the product is supposedly verified as good by http://www.softpedia.com.
