There is an excellent new book available on the Godhead and the Holy Spirit which is solidly Biblical and replete with SOP quotes. It is NOT "orthodox" but it is not "Weird" either. It explains a great deal about the nature of the incarnation, the Atonement and the nature of the Holy Spirit (who He is and how He came to be offered to us).
