THE TIME OF THE FEET OF IRON AND CLAY DANIEL 2: 41 - 44.

Let’s take a slow read of Daniel 7: and Daniel 8:

THE TIMES OF IRON AND CLAY FEET.
Capitals used for emphasis only.

In Daniel 2 we have what I call the Metal Empire Time Statue.
The time marker started to move down during the lifetime of Daniel from the Babylonian to the Medo/Persian Empire.

In hindsight this was the sum total of events until now.
The Head of Gold was the Babylonian Empire 608BC – 539BC.
The shoulders, arms of silver was the Medo/Persian Empire 539BC – 331BC.
The chest and belly of brass was the Greek Empire 331BC – 146BC.
The legs of iron represented the Roman Empire 146BC – 476AD.
The feet of IRON AND CLAY… The ‘four notable ones’ will rise Daniel 7: 4 –7. GOD at the time of these kings will soon set up His everlasting kingdom Daniel 7: 27.

In Daniel 2: The explanation of what the Metal Empire Time Statue represented was made clear even to the feet of IRON and POTTER’S CLAY, which is now in progress where the time marker has come to rest since the last ancient empire of Rome faded into historic oblivion at the FEET of that statue.

As a Bible Christian like my family and friends in the USA, UK and other places, find ourselves for some 26 years being acutely aware of the biblical times in which we live.

Daniel 2: 42. And as the toes of the feet were part of IRON, and part of CLAY, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

Daniel 2: 43. And whereas thou sawest IRON mixed with miry CLAY, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as IRON is not mixed with CLAY.

Daniel 2: 44. And IN THE DAYS OF THESE KINGS SHALL THE GOD OF HEAVEN SET UP A KINGDOM, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

As the time marker has now settled at the statue’s feet, the kings/leaders Daniel spoke of prophetically will see the coming kingdom of God. It is easy to recognize some of the powers around today such as the ‘LION WITH EAGLE’S WINGS’ and the ‘BEAR.’
Now we must go to Daniel 7 to find out about these kings/leaders and their kingdoms at that specific time of IRON and CLAY at the statue’s feet.
The overview of the whole vision is contained within Daniel 7 which starts with a lion in verse 4 and progresses to God’s everlasting kingdom in verse 27 and according to verse 28 where it becomes ‘the end of the matter.’

The following chapters after chapter 7, are expansions and a steady progression, sometimes individuals are mentioned several times to expand upon them and what they will do in very minute detail.
Daniel 7 and all subsequent chapters are all at the ‘time of the end’ and ‘last end’ where the TIME marker rests firmly at the feet of the Metal Empire Time Statue just before it is destroyed by the setting up of God’s Everlasting Kingdom as seen in Dan 2: 42 -45.
Recorded in modern Bibles as Daniel 7 which was his first chezev, an overview in brief by which all of Daniel 8, his second chezev and his third chapter 9, until his last final chezev recorded as Daniel 10, 11, 12 is of the eschatological.
In Aramaic in which the book of Daniel was written, there are NO BREAKS in chapters 10, 11, and 12 representing one chezev in one fell swoop.
Numbered Chapters are a relatively modern means of quick retrieval and carry no weight as far as divisions to visions or verses.

Daniel notes the time of each of his dreams with chezev/vision/s.
The book of Daniel 7-12 is a progression and expansion in detail of ‘the time of the end’ and ‘last end’ in which time spans are applied by God to certain events within clear geographical locations at the time of the feet of IRON AND CLAY when certain powers will emerge then come to their end when God sets up His everlasting kingdom and these events will be carried through with startling prophetic accuracy without me having to change a thing.
Rev 22: 18 – 19.

I use the Metal Empire Time Statue period spans of Daniel 2 in these matters, and the set times of certain events and locations to verify interpretations that is why God, placed those disciplines there for our edification.

I refuse to accept interpretations that place EVENTS connected with the GOLD, SILVER, BRASS, and LEGS OF IRON time span periods of past empires onto or into the time of the FEET OF IRON AND CLAY
The statue of Daniel 2 is there by the grace of God, for the very reason that we understand the TIME of those and coming events.

Forgive me please but I must remind myself of Daniel 2.

Daniel 2: 42. “And as the toes of the feet were part of IRON, and part of CLAY, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.”

Daniel 2: 43. “And whereas thou sawest IRON mixed with miry CLAY, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as IRON is not mixed with CLAY. “

Daniel 2: 44. “And IN THE DAYS OF THESE KINGS SHALL THE GOD OF HEAVEN SET UP A KINGDOM, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.”

Daniel 7: 1. “In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.”

Daniel saw the events that are still yet to occur on Earth and he wrote down the lot.

None of the following events can occur any earlier than at the time period of iron and clay feet, of the statue. These four in verse 3 are later mentioned in Dan 8: 8 as ‘four notable ones.’

Daniel 7: 2. “Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.”

Daniel 7: 3. “And FOUR GREAT BEASTS CAME UP from the sea, diverse one from another.”
Let me remind myself that we are at the feet of the Metal Empire Time Statue.

Daniel 7: 4. “The first was like a LION, and had EAGLE’S WINGS: I beheld till the wings thereof WERE PLUCKED, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made to stand upon the FEET AS A MAN, and a MAN’S HEART was given to it.”

The symbol of the LION is used today by GREAT BRITAIN and the EAGLE is used by the most powerful country ever to have graced the Earth, the UNITED STATES of AMERICA and of course the PRESIDENCY IS THE NUMBER ONE KING is the most powerful position a man can obtain. Why…. he could even become…. ‘VERY GREAT.’

The UK/USA ‘alliance’ is the LION with EAGLE’S WINGS as we shall see in Daniel chapter 8 in minute detail.
Great Britain will lose its Eagles wings after the USA/Britain alliance folds after they deal with the HIGHER HORN IRAN, on the RAM in Daniel chapter 8, but that is for later when we get there where it will all unfold.

Daniel 7: 5. “And behold ANOTHER BEAST, a second, like to a BEAR, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.”

The symbol of the BEAR is that used by RUSSIA and RUSSIA is starting to rise back in power with all that oil money.

Daniel 7: 6. “AFTER THIS I beheld, and LO ANOTHER BEAST, like a LEOPARD, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; THE BEAST HAD FOUR HEADS; and DOMINION WAS GIVEN TO IT.”

As befitting Daniel 12: 4 which is a good reason for me to say. I DO NOT KNOW who the ‘LEOPARD’ is but eventually we all will when we get to the actual ‘time of the end’ and ‘last end.’

Daniel 12: 4. “But thou, O Daniel, SHUT UP THE WORDS, and SEAL THE BOOK, to THE TIME OF THE END: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”

The fourth beast is described by Daniel.
Daniel 7: 7. AFTER THIS I SAW in the night visions, and behold a FOURTH BEAST, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.”

A very short time after the FOURTH BEAST rises the Little Horn appears.
Daniel 7: 8. “I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another LITTLE HORN, before whom there were THREE OF THE FIRST HORNS PLUCKED UP BY THE ROOTS: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.”

As the Earthly events progress Daniel, now sees the events in Heaven unfold.

Daniel 7: 9. “I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the ANCIENT OF DAYS did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.”

The books are opened and judgment is set even as the Little Horn is speaking

Daniel 7: 10. “A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the JUDGMENT WAS SET, and the books were opened.”

Daniel 7: 11. “I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till THE BEAST WAS SLAIN, and HIS BODY DESTROYED, and given to the burning flame.”
The FOURTH BEAST, DIVERSE from the LION, BEAR and LEOPARD, will be destroyed first but the LION, BEAR, and LEOPARD, are to be destroyed later and are therefore allowed to live for a short time as they wait their demise.

Daniel 7: 12. “As concerning THE REST OF THE BEASTS, they had their dominion taken away: YET THEIR LIVES WERE PROLONGED for a season and time.”

Daniel 7: 13. “I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the SON OF MAN came with the clouds of heaven, and CAME TO THE ANCIENT OF DAYS, and they brought him near before him.”
As the LION, BEAR, and LEOPARD wait around TOGETHER at the time of the FEET OF IRON AND POTTER’S CLAY where the marker now rests on the Empire Time Statue Jesus, is given back His dominion.

Nowhere in scripture does the LION, BEAR, LEOPARD OR FOURTH BEAST represent past empires that were around much earlier at different times on that Metal Empire Time Statue, as our God given common sense would indicate these four are around together!

Daniel 7: 14. “And there was given him DOMINION, and GLORY, and A KINGDOM, that ALL PEOPLE, NATIONS, and languages, should SERVE HIM: his dominion is an EVERLASTING DOMINION, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.”

Now we can truly understand Daniel 2: 44. Let me remind myself of that verse.

Daniel 2: 44. And IN THE DAYS OF THESE KINGS SHALL THE GOD OF HEAVEN SET UP A KINGDOM, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Daniel was greatly troubled by these visions and rightly so because it was frightening and is to those that perceive them today.
Daniel 7: 15. “I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.”

Daniel 7: 16. “I came near unto one of them that stood by, and ASKED HIM THE TRUTH OF ALL THIS. SO HE TOLD ME, and MADE ME KNOW THE INTERPRETATION OF THE THINGS.”

Daniel 7: 17. “These GREAT BEASTS, WHICH ARE FOUR, are FOUR KINGS, which shall ARISE OUT OF THE EARTH.”

Daniel 7: 18. “But THE SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH SHALL TAKE THE KINGDOM, and POSSES THE KINGDOM FOR EVER, even for ever and ever.”

Daniel 7: 19. “Then I would know the truth of THE FOURTH BEAST, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;”

Daniel 7: 20. “And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.”

Daniel 7: 21. “I beheld, and THE SAME HORN MADE WAR WITH THE SAINTS, and PREVAILED AGAINST THEM;
22. UNTIL THE ANCIENT OF DAYS CAME, and JUDGMENT WAS GIVEN TO THE SAINTS of the MOST HIGH; and the time came that the SAINTS POSSESED THE KINGDOM.”

I almost forgot to remember that this is at the time period of the feet of iron and clay on that Metal Empire Time Statue.

Daniel 7: 23. “Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall DEVOUR THE WHOLE EARTH, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.”

The LITTLE HORN is mentioned again that rose out of the ten and will subdue three which are ‘plucked up by the roots’ in verse 8.
After the ten horns rise in the fourth kingdom another shall rise that’s the little horn that we saw subdue three horns/kings.

Daniel 7: 24. “And the TEN HORNS out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and ANOTHER SHALL RISE after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and HE SHALL SUBDUE THREE KINGS.”
The little horn will have the Saints within his power for 3½ years.

Daniel 7: 25. “And he shall speak great words against the MOST HIGH, and SHALL WEAR OUT THE SAINTS of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and THEY SHALL BE GIVEN INTO HIS HAND UNTIL A TIME AND TIMES AND THE DIVIDING OF TIME.”
The little horn/Satan loses his kingdom.

Daniel 7: 26. “But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.”

The Judgment will sit where the Saints will be given the kingdom.
Daniel 7: 27. “And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE OF THE SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.”

Daniel 7: 28. “Hitherto is THE END OF THE MATTER. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.”

The beast was warned about his receiving a deadly wound a long time ago for what he would cause on the cross.

Gen 3: 15. “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall BRUISE THY HEAD, and thou shalt BRUISE HIS HEEL.”

The fourth beast with the deadly wound will join with the LION, BEAR and LEOPARD.
Rev 13: 1. And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

Do you remember that the leopard had four heads and was given authority?

Reminder.
Daniel 7: 6. AFTER THIS I beheld, and LO ANOTHER BEAST, like a LEOPARD, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; THE BEAST HAD FOUR HEADS; and DOMINION WAS GIVEN TO IT.

Rev 13: 2. “And THE BEAST which I saw was like unto a LEOPARD, and his feet were as the feet of a BEAR, and his mouth as the mouth of a LION: and THE DRAGON gave him his power, and his seat, and great AUTHORITY.”

Four heads, we will deal with the four when we get to Daniel 8: 8.
One of the four is the beast with the DEADLY WOUND
Rev 13: 3. “And I saw ONE OF HIS HEADS AS IT WERE WOUNDED TO DEATH; and his DEADLY WOUND WAS HEALED: and all the world wondered after THE BEAST.”

At the time of the end he is only given power for 42 months.
Rev 13: 5. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and POWER was given unto him to continue FORTY TWO MONTHS.

Satan is another beast that comes up a short period after the beast with the deadly wound and gives it power.
Rev 13: 11. And I beheld ANOTHER BEAST coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a LAMB, and he SPAKE LIKE A DRAGON.

Rev 13: 12. And he exerciseth all the power of the FIRST BEAST before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the FIRST BEAST, whose DEADLY WOUND was healed.

Satan will appear as an angel of light.
2 Corinthians 11: 14. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Some two years had passed by since Daniel’s first dream and now it was in the 3rd and final year of the reign for king Belshazzar the son of Nebuchadnezzar.

The Medes and Persians were rolled up into one empire and were about to put an end to Belshazzar and his Babylonian empire.
Persia/Iran is the larger of the two therefore called the higher horn compared to Medo/Iraq.
Interestingly Afghanistan was part of that empire at that time.
Elam is where the Elamites lived (highlands). This province lay South of Assyria and East of Persia proper.
The Ulai river (modern name Karun) is in Iran however it originates in the highlands and becomes part of the Tigress & Euphrates river system known as Pereth in Hebrew.
A vision like in kind to the first or similar to the first appeared to Daniel. At that time Daniel was still under the Babylonian rule.

Daniel 8: 1. “In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared unto me, even unto me Daniel, after that which appeared unto me at the first.”

Daniel mentions the geographical location in detail and this is important in sifting out the correct interpretation of the vision.

Daniel 8: 2. “And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.”

There are two horns on the ram the first is Iraq and the larger is Iran the higher horn that comes up last therefore in this situation they move at different times. Iraq the shorter horn went pushing into Kuwait and what did the Western Alliance do? The lion with Eagle’s wings came from the West and we know the rest.

Daniel 8: 3. “Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and THE HIGHER CAME UP LAST.”

This is not about the past empire it had a single leader at a time and moved as one. Now they have two leaders but the ram is pushing a cause and effect situation and the Ram becomes ‘great.’ Now we have Iran the higher horn coming up and pushing and there is now concern that the Alliance should have dealt with Iran! The Ram is pushing so how can two countries push but the horns/leaders come up at different times? Well the Shiites control Iran and they occupy Southern Iraq and are in Pakistan and are interfering in Iraq. They have one agenda and they are pushing for it so what does that make the ram?

Daniel 8: 4. “I saw the RAM PUSHING WESTWARD, and NORTHWARD, and SOUTHWARD; so that NO BEAST might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became GREAT.”

Now we see the effect of the ram pushing. The Lion/Eagle’s wings, USA/GB will attack Iran shortly as the ‘He Goat’ from the West yes it sounds a little far fetched doesn’t it until I remind myself that we are, down that Metal Empire Time Statue, at the feet of iron and clay, but you didn’t forget that time period discipline did you.

The most powerful of air forces and ships will whack the living daylights out of Iran from the West without touching the ground. President Bush has not much time left in his powerful position so he will move shortly on Iran and mop up Iraq then as the HE GOAT does the job at hand whilst the Commander exercises his power upon the Alliance forces in victory the President will have to step down from office and the horn will be broken at the peak of his power.

Daniel 8: 5. “And as I was considering, behold, an HE GOAT came from the WEST on the FACE OF THE WHOEL EARTH, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a NOTABLE HORN BETWEEN HIS EYES.”

Daniel 8: 6. “And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power.”

Choler is an old English word for anger.
Daniel 8: 7. “And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and SMOTE THE RAM, and BRAKE HIS TWO HORNS: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was NONE COULD DELIVER THE RAM OUT OF HIS HAND.”
This is where the ‘He Goat’ loses the number one man the President who will have to step down and we will see the Alliance USA/EAGLE/GREAT BRITAN/LION break up so where does that leave the Lion with Eagle’s wings in Daniel 7: 4?

Daniel 7: 4. “The first was like A LION, and HAD EAGLE’S WINGS: I beheld till THE WINGS THEREOF WERE PLUCKED, and IT WAS LIFTED UP FROM THE EARTH, and MADE TO STAND upon the feet AS A MAN, and a MAN’S HEART WAS GIVEN TO IT.”

Weakened the UK/LION will be humiliated but will rise without its lion Heart or Eagle’s wings and will have to stand on its own two feet with the heart of a man along with the BEAR/Russia along with the LEOPARD and finally the fallen angel the FOURTH BEAST MOST TERRIBLE.

Daniel 8: 8. “Therefore the HE GOAT waxed VERY GREAT: and WHEN HE WAS STRONG, THE GREAT HORN WAS BROKEN, and for it CAME UP FOUR NOTABLES ONES toward the four winds of heaven.”

It is at that time when the USA President leaves office that we will see the four notable ones rise up but not with his power then we will enter into the time span called ‘the time of the end’ and last end’ which is the 2300 ereb/evening boqer/morning period of Daniel 8: 14 as we shall soon see.

Out of the nation of Gentiles the ‘FOUR NOTABLE ONES’ come up from the overview of Daniel 7: 4 –7 we see the expansion of the progression in Daniel 8: 8 through the book of Daniel to the little horn that I believe is Satan.
Note after the number one king/President steps down and the situation changes for the lion the four notables rise in the overview of Daniel 7: 4 – 7.

Here in Daniel 8: 9, we get more detail about the LITTLE HORN that we saw in the overview of Daniel 7: 8.
The LITTLE HORN heads for the ‘Pleasant land,’ which is Israel.

Daniel 8: 9. “And OUT OF ONE OF THEM came forth a LITTLE HORN, which waxed EXCEEDINGLY GREAT, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the PLEASANT land.
Why does the LITTLE HORN/SATAN, want to go to Jerusalem?”

Isaiah 14: 12. “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst WEAKEN THE NATIONS!
Isaiah 14: 13. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I WILL SIT ALSO UPON THE MOUNT OF THE CONGREGATION, IN THE SIDES OF THE NORTH:”

Psalm 48: 2. “Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is MOUNT ZION, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.”

The LITTLE HORN also casts out angels/stars.
There is only one evil angel that can do that and that is Satan. He did it once at the time of the Christ incarnate.

Rev 12: 3. “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a GREAT RED DRAGON, having SEVEN HEADS AND TEN HORNS, and SEVEN CROWNS UPON HIS HEADS.”
Rev 12: 4. “And HIS TAIL DREW THE THIRD PART OF THE STARS OF HEAVEN, AND CAST THEM TO THE EARTH: and the DRAGON stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.”
Rev 12: 5. “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”
The little horn is Satan.
Daniel 8: 10. “And it waxed great, even TO THE HOST OF HEAVEN; and IT CAST DOWN some of the host and of THE STARS TO THE GROUND, and stamped upon them.”

TIME
Ah yes it’s that time again folks. Let me remind you that we are at the Iron and clay feet of the Metal Empire Time Statue of Daniel 2.

There are some that incorrectly place this next part of Daniel to the sacrifice of the Christ but that was way back at the legs of iron.

That theory is based on the added word SACRIFICE yes it was added by the translators that is why it is in italics in the King James Version and when they found the writings of Daniel within the Ancient Sea Scrolls in 1947 the word SACRIFICE was not in Daniel 8: verses 11, 12 or 13! Check it out.
They were very much surprised at the accuracy of the King James Version Bible to that of the scrolls.
Verses 11,12, and 13 are about the PLACE OF THE DAILY which is the OUTER COURT mentioned in Rev 11: 2 as being trampled on by the Gentile nations for 42 months. That period ends at trumpet 7 in Rev 11:

Daniel 8: 11. “Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him THE DAILY WAS TAKEN AWAY, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.”

Daniel 8: 12. “And an host was given against the daily by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.”

As I said it is nothing whatsoever to do with the SACRIFICE of the Lamb/Jesus.

Apart from that Jesus was crucified around 179 years into the Roman empire’s 622 years existence at the LEGS OF IRON, which is not at the FEET OF IRON AND CLAY.
Rome, legs of iron empire faded away over 15 centuries ago.

How long is the chezev?
Daniel 8: 13. “Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision THE DAILY and the TRANSGRESSION of DESOLATION, to give both the SANCTUARY and the host to be trodden under foot?”

The answer is 2300 EREB/EVENING BOQER/MORNING. That is six and a part years.
Daniel 8: 14. “And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed”
An example of the words ereb boqer which are used in verse 14 is found also in Gen 1: 1 – 31. and in Gen 2: 1. Let me use Gen 1: 13. “And the ereb/evening and the boqer/morning were the third day.

We all know the law of primacy or first usage of a word, which in this case makes Creation Week a literal week the ereb boqer cannot mean years where they are used otherwise Creation Week would become 7 years, which is a nonsense.

So 2300 ereb boqer is six and a part years and certainly not ‘2300 years.’
From that perspective the chezev/vision/s are for that short time only where all other time spans of Daniel must assuredly fit within.
So now we get the explanation of Daniel 8: 1 – 14 which is only six and a part years long which makes any event occurring outside that time span or any event occurring at another metal empire period other than at the feet of iron and clay null and void.

THE INTERPRETAION OF THE VISION.
Daniel 8: 15. “And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man.”
Note the location, it has not changed and neither has the time at the foot of the metal Empire time statue otherwise the angel Gabriel would have told Daniel!

Daniel 8: 16. “And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of ULAI, which called, and said, Gabriel, MAKE THIS man TO UNDERSTAND THE VISION.”

What chezev/vision/s?
The chezev that Daniel has seen thus far, which are at the feet of the Metal Empire. The Statue is there for a time discipline for the wise that want to understand the book of Daniel!
Neglect that discipline and the vision interpreter wanders in all time spans and to characters long since dead and there is no way Nebuchadnezzar will come back to life until the resurrection and that is after the 1335 days of Daniel 12: 12 where a blessing is promise and received in Rev 19: 1 – 10 before the war verses 11 – 21 where the remnant that’s the LION, BEAR and LEOPARD are put to the sward after the beast is killed by the Lord of Lords king of kings rules, which proves they are the ones around when God sets up His Kingdom as stated in Daniel 2: 44.

Gabriel himself being a devotee of the ‘TIME OF THE END’ and ‘LAST END’ factor of the chezev makes that specific detail known by getting really close to Daniel to push that point and scares the living daylights out of Daniel doing it!

Daniel 8: 17. “SO HE CAME NEAR where I stood: and when he came, I WAS AFRAID, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, UNDERSTAND O SON OF MAN: FOR AT THE TIME OF THE END shall be THE VISION.”

Daniel 8: 18. “Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.”

Daniel 8: 19. “And he said, Behold, I will make thee KNOW WHAT SHALL BE IN THE LAST END of the indignation: FOR AT THE TIME APPOINTED THE END shall be.”
How difficult is that to understand? What SHALL BE at the time appointed the end!

I am a moron and even I, yes simple minded me can get that clear fact of the time factor and I know that the vision is certainly not all over the statue of Daniel 2 but at the feet of it only. All verses thus far and the interpretation of them earlier and all to come are for that specific time.
As we read what Satan will do in Isaiah 14: to the nations it puts a clear emphasis on the war of Daniel 11 which Daniel mentions in Daniel 10, that for later.

Isaiah 14: “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst WEAKEN THE NATIONS!”

Isaiah 14: 16. “They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is THIS THE MAN that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;” Isaiah 14: 17. “That made the WORLD AS A WILDERNESS, and DESTROYED THE CITIES thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?”

God works to within specific time spans and within His laws so who are these humans that change them from those His servant the angel Gabriel stipulates?

Getting back to Daniel we have two leaders, ie ‘KINGS’not just one in the case of the ancient Medo/Persian empire any rate the angel told us at the ‘vision concerns the time of the end’ and he said ‘last end’ in preceding verses 17 and 19, (iron and clay feet period) so I am absolutely sure this is not about the Medo/Persians at the silver shoulders and arms.

Daniel 8: 20. “The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.”
Before you read verse 21 let me show you something that identifies the word Grecia which is a translation from the name Yavan 3120. Please read it through from these two sources one from the Bible the other from the ‘EVERY DAY BIBLE DICTIONARY.’ And yes the angel who said the vision concernes the time of the end and last end in verses 17 and 1 knew what he was talking about.

So we have Javan 3120 from which we get Grecia 3120 from which we identify the Gentile nations of the Western migration. I rest my case at the feet of iron and clay period.
There are serious problems with the Alexander the Great idea.

Harping back to verses 2, 3, 4, for a moment to where Daniel mentions the geographical location within the vision is important in sifting out the correct interpretation of the vision.
The battle between the Greeks and Medo/Persians took place on the Arbella Plains over 1000 miles away from where the ROUGH GOAT attacks the ram and defeats it by the Ulai River in verses 2, 3, 4 and 6.

The timing is way off also to that stipulated by Gabriel in the vision.
The Greek Empire was the BRASS CHEST AND BELLY section representing the span portion of the statue in 331BC – 146BC and was far too early to be involved at the FEET OF IRON AND CLAY on that Metal Empire Time Span Statue where these four beasts stand TOGETHER.

Another problem is that we are told that AT THE TIME OF THESE KINGS THE GOD OF HEAVEN WILL SET UP HIS EVERLASTING KINGDOM and that did not occur during the Greek Empire period of BRASS OR ANY OTHER ANCIENT EMPIRE PORTION ON THAT STATUE.
Also there is another problem in the we are told specifically that during the reign of these kings the God of Heaven wouls set up His everlasting kingdom and that did not occur but will at the feet of iron and clay.

Daniel 2: 43. And whereas thou sawest IRON MIXED WITH MIRY CLAY, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

Daniel 2: 44. And IN THE DAYS OF THESE KINGS SHALL THE GOD OF HEAVEN SET UP A KINGDOM, which shall never be destroyed: and THE KINGDOM SHALL NOT BE LEFT TO OTHER PEOPLE, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Daniel 8: 21. “And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.”

The rough goat is the FIRST KING, number one on the block the big wig. The number one king/President of the Western nations and the great horn is that NUMBER ONE LEADER, which is the President of the USA. President Bush will move quickly on Iran, before he leaves office so the horn on the rough goat will be broken when he steps down from power. His symbol of power horn breaks as he sorts out Iran and becomes very great doing it.

There you have it a bit of prophecy.

Out of the nation of Gentiles out of the offspring of Javan,3120 and after President steps down four stand up but the fourth is a fallen angel with a deadly wound and deadly wounds don’t heal on mortal men that is why he is diverse. The Lion, now standing on his own two feet with the heart of a man and no Eagle’s wings and Russia the Bear along with the leopard.

Daniel 8: 22. “Now THAT BEING BROKEN, whereas FOUR STOOD UP for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, BUT NOT IN HIS POWER.”

Verse 22 refers to the four that stand in Daniel 7: 4 – 7 the lion, bear, leopard and fourth beast but they will not have the power of the USA or the US President and as I said the UK will not have the Eagle’s wings Dan 7: 4. That is the start of the 2300 ereb boqer.

As the FOUR ‘notable ones’ RISE UP and run things until the latter time of their kingdom the transgressors come their full, a king of fierce countenance rises. This fierce king is the beast with the mortal wound.

Remember the leopard has four heads in the short overview of Daniel 7: 6. “After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also FOUR HEADS; and DOMINION WAS GIVEN TO IT.”

Rev 7: 6. “After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also FOUR HEADS; and dominion was given to it”
7. “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns”

Daniel 8: 23. “And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a KING OF FIERCE COUNTENANCE, and understanding dark sentences, SHALL STAND UP.”

More detail note the head count changes IN VERSE 1. but in verse 2 we see the lion, bear, leopard, and the fourth beast in full evil mode with more support.

Rev 13: 1. “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and SAW A BEAST RISE up out of the sea, having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS, and upon his horns TEN CROWNS, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.”

Rev 13: 2. “And the BEAST which I saw was like unto a LEOPARD, and his feet were as the feet of a BEAR, and his mouth as the mouth of a LION: and the DRAGON gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Same old beas,t same wound.”

Rev 13: 3. “And I saw ONE OF HIS HEADS AS IT WERE WOUNDED TO DEATH; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the BEAST.”

The dragon shows up to give him power.
Daniel 8: 24. “And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.”
Craft, is an old English word for witchcraft. Some translations have the word prosperity instead of the word peace and that’s the business of not being able to buy or sell unless the person has the mark of the beast.

Daniel 8: 25. “And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.”

Daniel 8: 26. “And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.”

Daniel 8: 27. “And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king’s business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.”
