This 7-layered forum mimics the actual universe. The Battle of Armageddon forum is for spiritual war. The world forum is for down-to-earth topics. Angels proclaim the gospel from the Midheaven forums. Dignitaries promote their issues in the High Mountain forums. If you specialize in empty twaddle, or slurs without foundation, and are incapable of arguing in favor of the truth or against it, then your post belongs in the Bottomless Pit.

Hmmm. Well I'm not particularly interested in twaddle, empty or otherwise. I detest slurs with or without foundation, and I am quite capable of arguing in favor of reality anytime I'm pushed to it, though I really don't enjoy arguments.

I could get interested in spiritual war though -- depends on what is meant by that. So what exactly do you mean when you use those words? I am thinking they might mean different things to different people, so I'm asking.

OK so far from what I'm reading it looks like this forum board is meant to be a parody. Am I on the right track or do I need a serious clue-by-four here?

According to the book of Revelation, the preeminent war between good and evil is the struggle between the three demons' messages and the three angels' messages. The frontline of the spiritual war is the Location Spot for the Battle of Armageddon. The most vicious attacks against our gospel are fought there.

Parody is essentially imitation for comedy or ridicule. We are serious. A better word would be analogy, allegory, parable or metaphor. For an insightful illustration of real-world comparisons, consider our jail forum. Some people have expressed great contempt that a Christian forum would have such a thing. The same persons approve of churches that use actual jails to punish righteous conduct. What better way could there be to highlight such insane hypocrisy?

As a point of observation (not contention) ... I noted in that document was written that "To receive the world’s glory you must receive the beast’s mark. You must possess his character." I would just like to point out that while that may be true, it is not always the case. Taking the mark willingly and shaping oneself into the character of the beast does NOT guarantee the world's glory at all. If it did, I can think of 'gazillions' of people who would be our rulers and celebrities right now instead of the ones who are currently!! 8-)
