If the righteous will be recompensed on the earth, How much more the ungodly and the sinner. Proverbs 11:31

Blessed is he who considers the poor; The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. The LORD will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. Psalm 41:1-2

The devil who is a liar and deceiver has deceived many of God's people with half truth such as “We Will Get All Blessings In The Sweet By And By.” It is a dangerous and subtle lie that preys upon sincere Christians who truly love the Lord and care nothing about anything except furthering His kingdom. As a result they live their lives in poverty and sickness accepting all the negative things to be the will of God. Yet it breaks the heart of God to watch such loving and faithful children suffer needlessly because they are denied all that has been made available in this life upon earth as well as the life to come. They suffer because they do not expect, and even believe that it is a sin to expect any reward upon the earth. The sad part is that all of God’s children can expect to receive all blessings such as healing, prosperity, and complete victory here on earth in the current time of life because God’s word is unchanging:

Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. Psalm 103:1-5

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23

Wise King Solomon tells us in Proverbs chapter 10 about all the blessings that are on the righteous including righteousness delivers from death, the LORD will not allow the righteous soul to famish, the hand of the diligent makes rich, blessings are on the head of the righteous, the memory of the righteous is blessed, the tongue of the righteous is choice silver, the lips of the righteous feed many, the blessing of the LORD makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it, the desire of the righteous will be granted, the righteous has an everlasting foundation, the fear of the LORD prolongs days, the hope of the righteous will be gladness, the way of the LORD is strength for the upright, the righteous will never be removed, the mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom and the lips of the righteous know what is acceptable. Yes, many blessings of the righteous are mentioned They have deliverance from death, never famish (starve to death), BLESSINGS upon their head, they walk securely, their DESIRES are granted, they have an everlasting foundation, their hope is gladness, God is their strength and stronghold (protection), they will never be removed, and wisdom from their mouths. Other Scriptures show that the righteous have guaranteed answers to all of their prayers (Prov. 15:16; James 5:16; 1 Pet. 3:12).

The Bible makes it clear that the righteous will receive many wonderful material and spiritual blessings in this also. It’s true that you cannot worship and serve God and mammon (Matthew 6:24) and that its difficult thing for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. But a righteous man is already in the kingdom of God and he serves God not mammon so all. God has already given him his best His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and His wonderful Counselor, the Holy Spirit and wants to give him all the rest including perfect health and great wealth which is all wrapped up in Jesus Christ who has become all that a righteous needs. God wants His will done on earth as it is in heaven. But why does it not just happen automatically if it's His will? Why must we pray for this to be done? The reason is that there are enemies on the earth - Satan and his evil forces - who work hard to try to hinder God's will from being done here on earth. These enemies are defeated but God’s people must act upon their victory that Jesus has appropriated by His blood by faith.

"It is possible, of course, to indicate many people – perhaps God's children – who are suffering from hunger and privation. How is it that their food is so scanty and inconstant? I reply, May there be some lack in their faith, and may it not be that they have not because they ask not, or because they do not exercise definite faith in God? God loves to give, not bread alone, but fish. 'They saw a fire... and fish laid thereon and bread' (John 21:9). Not necessaries only, but luxuries."[1] -F.B. Meyer (1847-1929)

The bible tells of children of Israel of what is true of many of God’s children today "Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel" (Psalm. 78:41). Yes, many of God’s people live in unbelief and limit what God can do in their lives and for them. Many Christians believe that God has chosen not to bless them with any more than their basic necessities. They do not realize that it is THEY who limit God in how much He will bless them. They have not understood the word of God that states

"And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, AND ALL THAT I HAVE IS THINE." Luke 15:31.

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:12

Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. Revelation 1:4-6

God has made His sons and daughters to be kings and priests and has give all that He has and owns to them. They most fight the good fight of faith and not let the devil rob them of any blessing or put anything on them including sickness, disease, poverty and lack. God’s word is unchanging:

Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing Psalm 34:8-10

For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly. O LORD of hosts, Blessed is the man who trusts in You! Psalm 84:11-12
