Ewa Wisnierska, a German paragliding champion, soared higher than Mount Everest

This story really amazes me. While paragliding, Ewa Wisnierska was caught in a powerful thunderstorm that pulled her up higher than Mount Everest and she survived. You might have seen this story reported on TV. Read the full story here.
