The Glory of the Lord departed from Israel
a brief study on the Omega of Apostasy
and Luke 21:24 in the history of the SDA Church

34AD The Holy Spirit departes from ancient Israel by the stoning of Stephen. Agreat persecution
breaks out in Jerusalem. The gospel message then goes to the gentiles (nations)

1844 - SDA history: Advent movement

1888 - Leadership of the church rejects Jones and Waggoners message of righteousness by faith

1892- An oppressive law establishing the first day of the week is to be enforced globally after
the truth has been preached as a witness to all nations. Reveiw & Herald ,( Ellen White)
then the devil appears and the loud cry is given. This year marked the beginning of the
loud cry as revealed in the messages of Jones and Waggoner Minneapolis 1888. Under
President Harrison a Sunday law was about to be legislated. The outpouring of the Holy
Spirit was to be given with the message of Christ righteousness.

1898 - James Edson White authors the book The Coming King, He states that in Luke 21:24 we read
that Jerusalem is to be trodden down by the Gentiles (nations) until the times of the Gentiles
be fulfilled. He stated that this had not occurred in his time and would not occur until the times of
nations be fulfilled. This would be when the work of the Gospel is finished.

What went wrong with the Loud Cry?
The message of Christ righteousness in Minneapolis 1888 was rejected
thus the loud cry could not be given.

1901 - The Sin of Kingly power as in the time of Samuel the Prophet:
The Alpha of apostasy begins with the book Living Temple by Harvey Kellog
1901 Conference session calls for changes in the structure of General Conference, 25
men were to replace the General Conference and a rotating chairman was to take the place of
the General Conference President. Repentance did not take place among delegates
Ellen White writes to PT. Magan in November of 1901 and mentions that we may have to
remain here many more years on account of insubordination.

A new sign given ( Jerusalem) not a Sunday law:

December of 1901 A New Sign is given by Ellen White :
She stated that in the 21st Chapter of the book of Luke, Christ foretold what was to become
of Jerusalem and with it he connected the scenes which were to take place in the history of
this world just prior to the coming of the Son of Man in the clouds of the sky.

1902 - AG Daniels has a meeting in which 6 delegates from the committee of 25 were present
1903 - General Conference session of 1903, AG Daniels and friends eliminate the constitution of the
1901 meeting and AG Daniels becomes (Permanent Chairman). A gag order was placed in the
meeting restricting the advocates of the 1901 Constitution. PT Magan citing Neander's
history and others stated that by this fashion the papacy came into power. Kingly power,
AG Daniels reinstated the General Conference Presidency contrary to the will of God.
1903 marks the year when SDA Church centralization began. Ellen White warns from St.
Helena, California that the SDA Church is to be weighed on the balances of the Sanctuary and
if not true to her trust the verdict would be found wanting. The weighing was in the future
at some point in the future the SDA Church was to be judged on the balances of the Sanctuary.

1929- Mussolini's Concordat with the Catholic church Adventist ( Prophetic interpretation accurate.)

1931- Year Book with historic position on the man of sin was removed

1947- Two books printed stating that the Jews would never return to Palestine. Palestine in Prophecy
and the Jews and Palestine.

1948- Jews returned to Palestine (Adventists were shocked because of failure in Prophetic interpretation)
1952- Worldwide Bible Conference addresses the issue of what Jesus stated in Luke 21:24 in reference to
Jerusalem being a sign of the end of time (church reverts back to the position of James Edson
White.) Arthur Maxwell warns the church concerning Jesus prophecy in Luke 21:24

Elders Robert J. Wieland and Donald K. Short give a call for denominational repentance the
title of their study is 1888 re-examined. Wieland and Short echoed the call of Ellen White for
denominational repentance. Could it be a coincidence that God used Maxwell in the 1952
worldwide Bible conference and then Wieland and Short to alert the church in the matter
that time was running out for corporate repentance?

1955- SDA Evangelical Conferences, (The Sanctuary Truth compromised) Adventist conferees stated
on record that they did not believe in a theory of dual atonement like the adventist pioneers.
This apostasy is registered in the book "Questions on Doctrine"

1967- SDA administration rejects final call of Wieland and Short stating we cannot and will not repent
and any effort to do so would be useless.
JEWS RETAKE JERUSALEM FROM JORDAN IN THE SIX DAY WAR, probationary times
of nations coming to a close. Little time is left for SDA repentance. The carismatic movement
begins in Duquense University when 8 people began speaking in tongues. News of foreign
religions such as Hinduism and Buddism reached the shores of America. (Ellen White stated
"as we near the end of time heathen deities will manifest their power before the cities of the
world.") (SDA Church joins the stock market for the first time in SDA history.)

1974-75 SDA Court case EEOC vs PPPA (SDA Lawyers declare in court that the SDA Church has
relegated her anti-catholic viewpoint to the trash-heap of history.
1977- Dr. Desmond Ford takes the podium of the Association of Adventist Forums and attacks
the Sanctuary Doctrine. (DR. BERT BEACH PRESENTS POPE PAUL VI WITH A GOLD
MEDAL. Review &Herald August 11,1977)
1979- Pope John Paul II visits United States and is received by President Jimmy Carter

Times of the Gentiles finished in 1980 Luke 21:24:

1980- Jews declare Jerusalem the capital of a United Israel. Doctor Jean Zurcher alerts SDA
Church regarding the fulfillment of Luke 21:24 in the SDA Quarterlies of 1980.
THE GENERAL CONFERENCE SESSION VOTED for the formulation of 27 fundamental
doctrines in which were registered the compromises that were made with the Evangelicals
in 1955-56. Also the creed of Constantinople which is used by the World Council of
Churches for membership was written into the new statement of beliefs.

In volume 5 of the Seal of God we are told by Ellen White that God has two accounts,
one with the nations of the past see Genesis 15:16 and another account with the nations
in the future. She states that Ezekiel as in Ezekiel chapter 9 was taken to the future and
that he beheld this future account when it closed. You will notice that Ezekiel 9 has
nothing to do with the nations but it deals with a mass slaughter of people in Jerusalem
when we realize that Luke 21:24 is God's future account with the nations and that it
closed in 1980 then we can understand that we are in the sealing time of the 144,000
it is now separation time for the wheat and the tares. The final statement needs to be
carefully thought out about "The Glory of the Lord departed from Israel although the many
continued the forms of religion".
