When it comes to politics, Christians are up against a Congress and Senate that is driven by powerful corporations and dominant special interests. They do not care about an issue unless they can manipulate the people to gain votes, so anything that might be important to Christians is dumped unless they can Christians to shill for them and generate votes out of it. What ever happened to the concept in which politicians were elected to do the will of the people, especially when it comes to Christian or moral issues? Regardless of what the polls show the American people want done, it seems our brilliant elected officials always find a way to do just the opposite. What part of 'of the people, by the people, and for the people' don't they understand?

The continued indifference to Christians by both parties and the elected officials will result in a rejection of the system by Christians if something is not done to change it. Christian voters feel used and abused by the system and are starting to get immune to the manipulations and are starting to stay away and it will go lower if they feel they are being ignored by both parties in power.
