Hello all,
In the experiences the Lord has blessed me with in dealing with other "Christians" I have come across many who claim to be "saved" by grace.
The Lord has given me the burden to really understand what that means. We are told in ephesians that we are "saved" by grace. The big question then is "what is grace?" There are many definitions of grace, but the simple "unmerited favor" is quite sufficient to prove the point of the next question, which is; how are we "saved" by grace? and what does grace do for us?
I thank God for the simplicity of His Word. Romans 1:5 gives us a clear understanding of what grace does for us
Quote:
"By whom we have received grace. . .for obedience. . ."
Grace was given to us for obedience. This is the everlasting gospel that we can be so joyful about. _________________ God Bless you
