The question is this? Whose duty is it to expose false teachers or prophets, false preachers or otherwise, and exposing false truths? There should be a standard way to find out if they are deceiving the people in the church.

There is a standard way of doing this.
The children of GOD will negotiate. The other refuse to be told it is that simple. there are BIBLE texts that apply to this.
Take the text ONE THAT SITETH BY> just see if that works in the divine service? It should work anywhere at anytime.
